Once again we are delighted to offer the CEIST Middle Leadership Programme during the academic year 2021-22. Last year, despite the many restrictions and curtailments we were delighted to witness the largest number of participants ever complete the CEIST Middle Leadership Programmes, with more than 190 attendees receiving accreditation for this course.
The necessity, due to Covid-19, to adapt this programme to online delivery proved extremely successful and allowed a greater breadth of participants countrywide. Feedback and evaluation from all cohorts have been extremely positive and we look forward to delivering in a similar/blended manner during the 2021/2022 academic year.
Each programme consists of the following eight (8) modules, each one combining theoretical and practitioner input and explicitly aligned to CEIST Charter values. Special thanks are extended to the CEIST Principals and Deputy Principals who so generously shared their experiences and expertise for the benefit of the groups.
