Christmas at St. Mary’s Secondary school, Charleville
Christmas spirit is truly alive at St. Mary’s Secondary school, Charleville. Freddie the Festive Elf arrived last week, and he is now in quarantine in his hotel room, hanging in the main area of the school.
The Third and Fifth year Art students made a Christmas Tree of hope and gratitude and the students of St. Mary’s have hung a Christmas Bauble from it, with their own personal message of hope and gratitude on it.
The Advent Wreath candles are lit each week and the theme that each candle symbolises and the wreath itself are taught to the pupils.
